RETURNS AND REFUNDS

ORDER CANCELLATION/MODIFICATION
Once the service is purchased, you can request upgrades or additional services. You may request cancellation in writing if you have signed a PR retainer for long-term services. Cancellations require 60 days' notice.
SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
Most of our services are digital; hence, shipping is not required.
Merchandise & Promo Items: We ship, excluding select holidays, Monday through Friday. We will notify you by email once your order is processed and shipped out.
